• Create and manage your AgentPostKit account.
• Store, organize, customize, schedule, and publish the content you create.
• Connect social accounts and send posts to the platforms you choose.
• Process transactions, manage subscriptions, and send billing receipts.
• Send service emails, including welcome, trial, payment, and account notices.
• Respond to questions, support requests, and account issues.
• Understand usage patterns so we can improve the platform.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. When we share information

We share information only when it is needed to run the Service:

• Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data for us under their own privacy policies and agreements.
• Connected social platforms: When you connect an account or ask AgentPostKit to publish or schedule a post, we send the content and account information needed to complete that action.
• AI providers: When you choose to use an AI feature, we may send the information you entered for that request to an AI service provider as described in Section 9.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working and to understand how it is used:

• Session cookies: Required for authentication. They keep you logged in and expire when you close your browser or log out.
• Preference cookies: Remember your settings across sessions.
• Usage measurement: Help us understand feature usage, reliability, and performance.

You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Service may not function correctly without them.

5. How we protect your data

We use security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest through Supabase, and access controls that limit who can view account data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@agentpostkit.com.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your account data within 30 days unless we must keep specific records for legal, tax, accounting, or security reasons. For example, billing records may be retained for up to 7 years.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to:

• Provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
• Provide a machine-readable copy of your data.
• Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

8. Children's privacy

AgentPostKit is not for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

9. Optional AI content features

Some AgentPostKit tools can draft or rewrite marketing content, such as captions, listing posts, market updates, bios, and sequence campaigns. These AI tools are optional. When you choose to use one, the information you enter for that request may be sent to an AI service provider, including DeepSeek or OpenAI, through their APIs.

Here is what happens when you use an AI feature:

• What is shared: Only the information you enter into that AI-enabled form is sent to the provider.
• What is not shared: We do not send payment information, social media credentials, or unrelated account data to AI providers for these requests.
• Why it is shared: The provider processes your input on our behalf to generate the content you requested.
• How long it is kept: AI providers retain API inputs and outputs according to their own terms, privacy policies, and retention schedules. We do not keep prompts or AI-generated outputs longer than needed to deliver the requested content.
• Your choice: Each AI feature shows a consent notice before data is sent. Consent applies only to that request, and you can skip AI tools and create content manually instead.

10. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending you an email notification.
